RewardIt Review 2024
Rewardit.com, yet another site owned and operated by Sharestakes LLC, is one of those free lottery websites that seem to be appearing everywhere. Offering players the chance to compete in a range of lotteries without paying a cent since 1999, this website allows you to try to win free money without any outlay. In this Rewardit.com review, we will look at how the site works and if it is worth spending some time on.
Lotteries Available
RewardIt runs 15 different lotteries, each with its own rules and draws, and the jackpots are broken up between them as follows:
- Game 1: $500 for Life
- Game 2: $250
- Game 3: $500
- Game 4: $1,000
- Game 5: $2,500
- Game 6: $3,333
- Game 7: $5,000
- Game 8: $25,000
- Game 9: $50,000
- Game 10: $100
- Game 11: $500
- Game 12: $1,000
- Game 13: $2,500
- Game 14: $3,333
- Game 15: $5,000
In addition to these games, there is also a $50 daily draw that takes place. Players who enter into the above draws will automatically get entries into this draw.
How Does it Work?
To begin playing on RewardIt, you will need to register a player account. To do this you will need to provide a valid email address which you will have to verify via a confirmation email. Once you have registered your player account, you will be taken to the daily draws home. Here you will be presented with ‘Game 1’. You will need to select your numbers (or use the quick pick option if you are so inclined) and then submit your numbers.
After submitting your selected numbers, you will be presented with an ads page that you can easily skip past. Doing this will move you on to ‘Game 2’. This process is repeated over and over until you have eventually entered into all 15 available games.
After this, you will need to wait until that evening for the draw to take place. The site says that numbers are selected after midnight EST and that players can log onto the website the next day to see if they are a winner. These draws take place every day, and you can enter every day without limitation.
Is RewardIt.com Legit or a Scam?
RewardIt has been around for several years. It was initially started by former executive members of Publishers Clearing House—a company we are not exactly fans of (check out our PCH Lotto review for details) due to their own attempt at a free lottery. However, RewardIt does look like a legitimate site that has all the basics covered.
The only mark against them that we can find is that there do seem to be a worrying number of complaints against them from players who say they have won and yet never received their winnings. These players state that the owners of the site then ignore them when they attempt to get into contact with the site in order to claim their winnings. If this is true, even some of the time, then that’s a serious red flag no one should look past.
User Experience
The overall user experience of the website is something that actually surprised us. The site flows well from one section into the other (remember you are told where to go based on what you are doing—like entering the daily draws). The site also looks modern and is pleasing to the eye. As a bonus, it is also fully responsive to work on mobile devices.
Unfortunately, as with any website that gives away free money, the site is riddled with ads. These ads take up almost all of the white space on every single page of the website. Thankfully, they can generally be easily ignored, and even in cases where you are forced to look at them they can be skipped relatively easily.
RewardIt.com Extras
There are two main extras available on RewardIt.com:
- Pick 10: This bonus gives users 50 chances per day to win $1,000. Users select ten numbers and hope that theirs will match the numbers chosen randomly by the website. The results are instant, and players can immediately see if they have won.
- RBux (R$): RBux is RewardIt’s own currency. Players earn this by matching numbers in draws and by entering into draws. These coins can be spent on purchasing entries into additional draws that carry prizes such as Amazon gift cards and electronics.
Payment/Withdrawal Options
As expected, there are no payment options. The site carries a disclaimer that any payments made to the site will not increase your chances of winning. Therefore, this is a somewhat moot point.
There are also no withdrawal options available due to there being no e-wallet linked to each player’s account.
How to Claim Your Winnings
Prize claims are simple. All winners will be notified via their registered email address within 48 hours of their winning draw. They will need to submit necessary verification documentation and then decide what form they would like their prize to be delivered in. Prizes can be paid either via PayPal, cheque, or in the form of an Amazon gift card—imagine a gift card worth $50,000!
Customer Support
There is a very basic FAQ section available on the website that offers answers to the most basic of questions. Any other support queries can only be submitted via the online form available on the site. There is, however, no indication as to how long a support query takes to be dealt with.
Welcome Bonuses/Promotions
Considering this is a free lottery site, we did not expect any welcome bonuses or promotions, and we were not disappointed that there are none.
Rules and Regulations
All players must be above the age of 18 years in order to play. In addition to this, only players who are legal residents of the United States, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Canada are allowed to take part in the draws held by the site.
RewardIt.com Review Conclusion
There is something to be said for a website that gives you the chance to win money without paying anything. And, as far as these websites go, RewardIt does seem to be one of the better ones. We would still, however, advise caution considering the number of complaints from people who have supposedly won and never received their prize. That being said, it doesn’t hurt to try it out. After all, what is there to lose—other than time and nerves?
If, however, you don’t mind paying a small fee, you can avoid all of the frustrating ads and general sketchiness of this site by playing the best international lotteries instead.
