Lottery.com Review 2024
Lottery.com has been around for a decent number of years. However, you may have stumbled upon it when it was still called AutoLotto.
Regardless of its name, the core concept of the site is it allows you to play the lottery wherever you are.
In this Lottery.com review, we will look at exactly how this site works. We will also dig into whether or not it is worth registering an account or if you will be wasting your time doing so.
How Does It Work?
It must be stated from the start that Lottery.com is a lottery ticket agent.
This means that you are actually purchasing a physical lottery ticket when you buy a ticket through the site. Not just putting a bet on the outcome of the lottery, which is how some lottery sites operate.
To get started, you will need to visit the site or, preferably, download the app to your smartphone. We will explain why this is preferable later on.
Once you are ready to play, simply click on Log In. If you don’t already have an account, registering is as easy as submitting your email address.
Once you’ve done this, you will need to enter a four-digit code contained in a welcome email sent to your inbox.
After confirming this code, you can edit your name and contact number. This is the only information that you will be asked for when first starting to play.
After logging in, you can choose which lottery you would like to play in. The site allows you to select your own numbers or use a quick pick option. This lets a random number generator pick your numbers for you.
Whichever option you select, you can choose to play up to a maximum of 50 lines per draw. Then, simply submit your ticket to checkout and follow the prompts to pay and confirm your ticket.
Is Lottery.com Legit or a Scam?
Lottery.com has a solid set of terms and conditions. We are not going to make any suggestions that it doesn’t. These make us feel pretty good about trusting the site and what it says it can do.
The site is owned and operated by Tony DiMatteo and is operated out of Austin, Texas. It also owns the WinTogether.org charity website, which works on many different philanthropic projects.
In addition to this, the site also has an app of its namesake. This app is highly rated and is used by millions of players around the world.
While the site has many bad reviews from players online, there are also a decent amount of good ones. Besides, we have a feeling we know what these negative reviews are mainly about, which we will cover below.
So, there is no doubt that you can trust the site.
User Experience
As mentioned earlier, it is much better to download and use the Lottery.com app for Android or iOS. This is because the entire site is designed around players using the app rather than accessing the website.
In fact, when going into the section of the site where you can actually buy tickets, the website turns into an emulation of the mobile app. This shows that the site was never really developed and just falls back on the app in the first place.
While this is a bit annoying if you are visiting on a PC, the site still looks good and is very modern. This is expected, considering most apps rely on a certain modern style to attract users.
However, navigating on a desktop could be made easier. You can only get around using the hamburger menu on the left of the screen. Also, quite a few of the links just seem to loop you back to a screen you were previously on, something that could get on your nerves very quickly.
We are sure that this is where many of the negative reviews online stem from and we can easily understand why. For a brand that has such a fantastic app, the site is a real let-down.
Lotteries Available
Lottery.com offers 17 American lotteries. While the main site lists plenty more than this, only results are available for the others. You won’t be able to actually purchase a ticket for them.
While there are two of the biggest international lotteries listed, the other 15 lotto games available are not nearly as well known. In fact, aside from Texas Two Step and Lotto Texas, the others are little known internationally.
Lotteries that you can actually play in are:
- US Powerball
- Mega Millions
- All or Nothing Morning
- All or Nothing Day
- All or Nothing Evening
- All or Nothing Night
- Lotto Texas
- Texas Two Step
- Cash 5
- Daily 4 Morning
- Daily 4 Day
- Daily 4 Evening
- Daily 4 Night
- Pick 3 Morning
- Pick 3 Day
- Pick 3 Evening
- Pick 3 Night
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be sent to a Lottery.com agent. This agent will then physically go purchase your tickets on your behalf. These will then be stored in a safe location until the time of the draw.
Lottery.com Extras
There is not really much to speak of in terms of extras offered by this site. In fact, the only extras on the website is a results page for a variety of lotteries.
These results pages show you the draw history for each lottery and allow you to see if you’ve been a winner in the past.
Payment/Withdrawal Options
Payments for your tickets or to credit your player account can be made using Visa, MasterCard, a linked bank account, or Apple Pay.
Withdrawals can be done via your player account and are stated to be completed using the same methods as the payment options.
How to Claim Your Winnings
According to the site, all winnings under the $600 mark will automatically be credited to your player account as soon as it is confirmed that you are a winner.
Amounts larger than this will result in you receiving an email alerting you to your fortune. You will only have 30 days to respond to the site acknowledging your win. Once you have done this, the site will guide you through the process of claiming your winnings.
Customer Support
There is a very basic FAQ section available which outlines the basics of how the site operates. Aside from this, the only support offered is via an online contact form and a support email address (support@lottery.com).
Welcome Bonuses/Promotions
There are no welcome bonuses offered for new users. The site doesn’t appear to hold any of its own promotions either. However, there are links to external competitions and promotions that occasionally appear.
Rules and Regulations
To use the site, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age. If your territory requires a higher age to gamble, then local law applies.
Currently, the site is available in 130 countries worldwide. There is no mention of which countries these are. Therefore, the best way to see if you can use the site is to register an account.
Lottery.com Review Conclusion
Lottery.com is a decent website that offers a great way to play American lotteries. However, the fact that the websites falls short of what the app makes you expect is disappointing.
The fact that the site is simply an app emulator is not going to be for everything, but the site is still worth taking a look at.
Alternatively, download the excellent app and start enjoying all the benefits that Lottery.com offers.

I agree that it's weird that there's no real Lottery.com desktop site, but I prefer to play lotto on my phone anyway so doesn't really matter to me. Overall a good service for playing American lotteries IMO.
